My Philosophy:

Many clients choose to work on challenges they've never tackled with anyone before. I use data from my intuition to inform the coaching conversation and encourage clients to do the same, even if they haven't before! I strive to demonstrate the same courage and commitment in my own life that I ask of my clients. No matter the challenge, I believe that everything is possible with the right perspective and support. We'll work together to prune what's in the way of progress, nourish your idea of a perfect life, and cultivate future successes.

As a Black, introverted, cishet woman who has struggled with anxiety, I proudly support each client in celebrating all of the gifts of their humanity.
